Easy, Memorable, Lollipop Valentines

We have officially finished up our valentines-for-classmates preparations. I think they turned out great. The idea and the execution are both very simple.

Simply take a photo of your child holding their fist out. You can crop it to make it fit the space if needed.

Then print it out on cardstock or a stiff photo paper.

Using an exacto-knife, cut a small slit on both sides of the fist.

Then slip a lollipop through the cuts.

Optional: I added a little banner to the side that says “Happy Valentine’s Day”, but it’s not necessary. You could also have your child wear something with a heart on it to put the point across. Your child can add handwritten note to the back if they prefer.

To all the parents who are up late making stuff: I salute you with my exacto knife.
